In January of 2018 I was the administrator for Rowland Unified's Winter Enrichment Program. I collaborated with my district's nutrition, transportation and building services department to set up lunches, bus routes, and custodial support. In addition I worked with the elementary education department to order and distribute materials and technology needed for the program (3A-1).

As the administrator I developed schedules for yard duty and student enrichment activities with the goal of maximizing instructional time (3B-1). During our three day enrichment program, I monitored attendance and reached out to families to encourage participation (3C-3).
